A home sale in New Fairfield turned up an electrical issue that needed to be corrected before moving forward.
We were called in after the inspection to address an existing double-tapped breaker — two wires connected to a breaker designed for one.
Kato located the circuit, separated the wires, installed the proper additional breaker, and took care of the issue.
